Sirius Sensör SRS160 Series Thermowells

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Model 160 is a model suitable for use with Thermoweller (TW) with male G1/2 or NPTM 1/2” sensor connection.

Thanks to the union located just below the connection head, where the L2 length and thread size will be reported, the connection head and the temperature transducer that may be located in it are removed from the hot zone.

Thanks to the union in this model, even if the signal cables of the sensor are connected, installation can be made without the need to rotate the entire structure, by simply tightening the union and without the cables getting tangled.

The sensor can be manufactured as T/C or RTD.

GENERAL FEATURES

Model 160 is a model suitable for use with Thermoweller (TW) with male G1/2 or NPTM 1/2" sensor connection.
Thermowell suitable for your process can be supplied by us, or production can be made to suit the existing thermowell on your process.

The 160 model has a spring mechanism with an insert width of approximately 15mm. This ensures that the sensor tip touches the bottom of the TW and thus the temperature is detected earlier.

In standard production, the outer protector numbered "2" is manufactured using SS316 stainless steel for RTDs and Inconel 600 for T/Cs.
