General Information:
Duravis ESV 610-611 series stainless steel solenoid valves are specially designed for systems that require high hygiene standards and involve aggressive media. Manufactured from chemically resistant AISI 316 stainless steel, these valves are highly reliable in demanding industrial processes. The 610 series is suitable for low-pressure, low-flow applications with its direct-acting mechanism, while the 611 series offers solutions for higher flow and pressure with its pilot-assisted design.

Technical Specifications:

  • Body Material: Stainless steel (AISI 316)

  • Connection Size: 1/4" – 2" (BSP/NPT)

  • Valve Type: 2/2 way, NC or NO

  • Operation Principle:

    • ESV 610: Direct acting

    • ESV 611: Semi-direct (pilot-assisted)

  • Pressure Range:

    • 610: 0 – 16 bar

    • 611: 0.5 – 16 bar

  • Temperature Range: -10°C ~ +180°C

  • Media: Water, air, steam, gases, light oils

  • Coil Voltages: 12V / 24V DC – 24V / 110V / 220V AC

  • Protection Class: IP65

  • Sealing / Diaphragm Options: EPDM, FKM, PTFE

Application Areas:

  • Food and beverage processing

  • Chemical and pharmaceutical industries

  • Water treatment systems

  • Industrial automation

  • Steam processes and lab equipment

Mounting Position:
Preferred mounting is vertical with the coil facing upwards. Horizontal installation is also acceptable. Flow direction must follow the arrow marked on the valve body.
