Explanation

ILT type Silo Level Indicators are used to convert the minimum or maximum material levels of warehouses, bunkers or silos into electrical signals via rotating sensors.

Function

When the material reaches the measuring paddle, the paddle does not rotate. As soon as the material level drops below the radius of the shovel, rotational movement begins and activates other system components. Top or side mounted indicators are mostly used for powdery or granular materials.
