General Description
Thermal Mass Flow Controllers are instruments designed for the measurement and flow control of dry gases and measure without being affected by pressure and temperature. You can adjust the flow control with the manual set button or 0-5 VDC input signal. It is generally used in the laboratory, general process controls, vacuum systems and flow calibrations. TAPCON can be used up to 17 Bar, and AISI316 body can be used up to 35 Bar.
