Ema FL series Flow sensor is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel 316L, which is resistant to acids and alkalis. Thus, it provides high strength, high hardness, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance to guarantee the sealing against the liquid. It can be widely used in food and beverage, electricity, sewage disposal, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, glass, cooling system, machinery and other industries. The operation is very simple and the flow calibration can be set by the buttons.
The user can simply set up the sensors due to the visually indication for the flow status. The sensor is integrated with display, controller and transmitter. There is no mechanical moving part in sensing area but with high quality circuit inside, which can greatly guarantee longer reliability.
The product has many outstanding features such as advanced intelligent system, setting the flow range and switching point easily by users. The multi-colored LED bar plus three-digit monitor can display indication of the flow range as well as output signals separately. The size is the smallest and lightest. In addition, the circuit was upgraded to enhance the anti-interference ability and EMC level.
By Seal Plus structure technology, the protection rating is up to IP68 and the medium temperature can reach to 80 ℃.
